We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and bank debit/credit cards.

Please note: Starting October 1, 2025, all credit and debit card payments will include a 2.8% service fee.

Setting Up Bank Draft Auto-Pay
You may set up automatic bank draft through Customer Service at 504 N Queen St.
These payments will be drafted on your bill’s due date and do not include a service fee.
To enroll online, fill out the Draft Authorization Form.
