**Please note: Email Reminder Settings are only for Accounts enroll in Auto Pay.

**For best results, select a draft date based on your account number:

01–05: select a date between 12th–30th
06–12: select a date between 20th–5th
11–23: select a date between 27th–13th
24–29: select a date between 1st–20th

**IMPORTANT:
If your account is disconnected or inactive, you must pay all past due amounts and the $50.00 penalty.
After payment, call our office at (903) 731-8400, option 1 to request a reinstatement order.
Orders will not generate automatically.

If you experience a payment error, do not resubmit. Duplicate charges may occur.
